Payment terms for construction services will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payments are due according to agreed milestones or schedules. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Austrian law. All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. greenmaple reserves the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
The content, organisation, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the greenmaple website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such content or any part of the website is strictly prohibited. You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without our prior written consent.

Construction services are provided with warranties as specified in individual service agreements and as required by Austrian law. Our website and general information are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

For construction-related disputes, we may utilise industry-specific arbitration procedures as agreed in individual service contracts.

Upon termination, your right to use our website ceases immediately. Termination of website access does not automatically terminate ongoing construction service agreements, which are governed by their specific terms.
